NEW ARRIVAL – Fall 2022 – Epilog Fusion PRO 36 Dual Laser Etcher

Over the years, many of our customers have ordered Laser Etched products from us.  The most common projects are Serial Number Plates, Manufacturer ID Plates, Dog Tags, and Control Panels.  Unfortunately our Kern Laser Etcher lost power in the middle of 2022, leaving us without the ability to provide quality products to our valued customers.

After evaluating our customers’ needs and the many equipment options, we purchased an Epilog Fusion PRO 36.  With a 36″ Long x 24″ Wide work area, the Fusion PRO 36 can Etch, Engrave, and Cut industrial and decorative materials.  Powered by Dual Source, the Fusion PRO has a 30 Watt Fiber and a 60 Watt CO2 laser.

Our new Fiber option opens the door to marking or engraving materials that we couldn’t utilize in the past.  Copper and Bare Aluminum are a couple of the notable materials that we can now utilize.

The standard materials are still available to utilize with Laser Marking.  Stainless Steel and Anodized Aluminum are the most common products we work with for Tags and Plates.  Other materials include Plastics, Tile, Marble, Glass, and Wood.

What does mean for our customers?

Our customers are able to produce quality products that promote their abilities and workmanship.  Whether it is a Logo Plate or a Manufacturer Identification Plate, whenever someone sees these products, they will know the full assembly was produced with quality and integrity.

The Epilog Fusion PRO 36 also allows our customers to continue to get these products from one location, Laser-Fab, while their sheet, plate, and tube parts are being produced at the same time.  This removes the need to contact multiple vendors while working on the same project.
